Gnocchi with Sausage
Shallots, Basil, and Sun-dried Tomato Cream

- 6 oz. Italian Sausage
- 4 oz Heavy Cream
- Garlic
- Shallots
- White Wine
- Sun-dried Tomatoes
Heat a medium sauté pan with some butter, add the garlic, shallots, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian Sausage. Add white wine and then heavy cream. Toss in the gnocchi. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chiffonade basil and parmesan cheese.
Chef Notes: Do not over cook the gnocchi.
