Brie and Cream Baked Ziti
Baked under a Crust of Seasoned Breadcrumbs
Baked Brie and Ziti - Brick & Fire Recipe Card #220
- 6 oz. French Brie, cut into slices
- 4 oz Heavy Cream
- Garlic
- Shallots
- White Wine
- Breadcrumbs
Heat a medium sauté pan with some butter, add the garlic and shallots. Add white wine and then heavy cream. Toss in the ziti and season with salt and pepper. Place the pasta in a large bowl and place the brie over the pasta. Cover with breadcrumbs and bake until golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Chef Notes: Do not cut away the edible rind.
