Penne with Chicken
Artichokes, Tomato, and Pesto
Penne with Chicken - Brick & Fire Recipe Card #240
- 6 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast
- 3 oz Marinara
- Garlic
- Shallots
- White Wine
- Artichokes
- Chopped Herbs
Heat a medium sauté pan with some butter, add the garlic, some chopped herbs, shallots, and chicken. Add the artichokes, then white wine and then a touch of marinara sauce. Add a handful of cooked artichokes, then a lump of butter and toss with penne pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley, basil pesto, and parmesan cheese.
Chef Notes: Do not damage the artichokes by over mixing the pasta.
