Linguini with Red Clam Sauce
Garlic, Shallots and Herbs
Linguini with Clams - Brick & Fire Recipe Card #250
- 4 oz. Clam Meat
- 3 oz Marinara
- Garlic
- Shallots
- White Wine
- Roma Tomatoes, diced
- Chopped Herbs
Heat a medium sauté pan with some butter, add the garlic, some chopped herbs, shallots, and then the clams. Add the white wine and then a touch of marinara sauce. Add a lump of butter and toss with linguini. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley, and parmesan cheese.
Chef Notes: Be careful not to over cook the sauce after adding the clams.
