  • 6 ea. 1 ounce Meatballs
  • 12 oz. Marinara Sauce
  • Spaghetti
Cook the meatballs in a 350º oven until they reach 150º. Cook the pasta and strain. Fork some pasta into a serving bowl and ladle the marinara sauce over the top of the pasta. Place the meatballs over the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.

Chef Notes: When boiling pasta, be certain to have a ratio of one gallon of water with 1/4 cup kosher salt to one pound of pasta. Stir very frequently and do not rinse after cooking.
