Chicken Alfredo
Garlic, Shallots, Parmesan Cheese and Cream
Chicken Alfredo - Brick & Fire Recipe Card #280
- 4 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced
- 4 oz Heavy Cream
- Garlic
- Shallots
- White Wine
Heat a medium sauté pan with some butter, add the garlic, shallots, and grilled chicken. Add the white wine and then heavy cream. Add the pasta, a handful of parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
Chef Notes: The sauce will thicken very quickly once the parmesan is added.
