Penne Bolognese
Italian Sausage Meat Sauce and Parmesan
Penne Bolognese - Brick & Fire Recipe Card #290
- 12 oz. Bolognese Sauce
- 9 oz. Penne Pasta
Cook the penne pasta until it is still firm, strain. Spoon the pasta into a serving bowl then ladle the sauce over the pasta. Garnish with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Chef Notes: Thoroughly brown the meat before adding tomatoes to bolognese sauce. For more flavor, do not strain off all of the fat.
