Bruschetta
Goat Cheese, Grilled Peppers, Artichoke, Grilled Onions, Pesto and Balsamic Syrup

- 3 ea. Italian Bread Crostini
- 2 oz. Goat Cheese
- 2 oz. Grilled Red Onion
- 2 oz. Artichoke Hearts
- 2 oz. Roasted Red Pepper
Brush the crostini with virgin olive oil and toast until golden brown. Arrange listed items over the crostini on a ten inch plate. Garnish with a little balsamic syrup, basil pesto, chopped parsley and chiffonade basil.
