Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese

Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the sauce over the dough and top with cheese. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with chopped parsley

Chef Notes: Build the pizza with the guest specified toppings. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
