White Pizza
Mozzarella, Provolone, Fontina and Ricotta with Garlic Virgin Oil and Basil

- 1 ea. Dough Ball
- Garlic Virgin Oil
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Fontina Cheese
- Provolone Cheese
- Ricotta Cheese
Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the garlic oil over the dough and top with cheese. Spoon little daubs of ricotta around the pizza. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with chiffonade basil.
Chef Notes: Equal amounts of each cheese by weight. This is my favorite pizza! I generally add sausage and jalapenos to add some kick to it.
