Tomato Sauce, Pepperoni, Salami, Capicola, and Sausage with Mozzarella Cheese

- 1 ea. Dough Ball
- Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pepperoni
- Salami
- Capicola
- Italian Sausage
Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the sauce over the dough and top with cheese. Top with capicola first, salami, pepperoni, then Italian sausage. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with chiffonade basil.
Chef Notes: Equal amounts of each meat by weight.
