- 1 ea. Dough Ball
- Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Italian Sausage
- Grilled Onions
- Oven Roast Portobello Mushrooms
Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the sauce over the dough and top with cheese. Top with Italian sausage, grilled onions, and portobello mushrooms. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with chopped parsley
Chef Notes: Season each pizza with salt and pepper.
