Margherita Pizza
Roma Tomatoes, Garlic Virgin Oil, Mozzarella and Fresh Mozzarella, with Basil and Parmesan

- 1 ea. Dough Ball
- Garlic Virgin Oil
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- Roma Tomatoes, sliced
Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the garlic oil over the dough and top with mozzarella cheese. Place the sliced tomatoes around the pizza, then fresh mozzarella. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with chiffonade basil and parmesan cheese.
Chef Notes: This pizza can be made with just fresh or just low moisture whole milk mozzarella. The taste is stronger with both.
