Vine Ripe Tomato Caprese

Thinly Sliced Tomato with Basil Pesto, Fresh Mozzarella and Balsamic Syrup

  • 1 ea. Vine Ripe Tomato - thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella
  • 1 oz. Basil Pesto
  • 1 oz. Balsamic Syrup
Shingle the tomatoes on a ten inch plate leaving a little space at the center of the plate. Fill the center space with fresh mozzarella cheese. Season the tomatoes and cheese with freshly ground black pepper and kosher salt. Garnish with a little balsamic syrup and basil pesto, chopped parsley and chiffonade basil.
