Grilled Steak, Portobello Mushrooms, Grilled Red Onions, Provolone Cheese and Roast Garlic Mayo

  • 1 ea. Dough Ball
  • Garlic Virgin Oil
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Grilled Steak, sliced
  • Portobello Mushroom, roasted and sliced
  • Red Onions, balsamic grilled and diced
Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the garlic oil over the dough and top with provolone cheese, steak, mushrooms, and onions. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with chopped parsley and a drizzle of roasted garlic mayo.
