Chipotle Barbeque Chicken Pizza
Chipotle Barbeque Sauce, Grilled Chicken, Pepper Jack Cheese, Grilled Onions, Cilantro and Lime Sour Cream

- 1 ea. Dough Ball
- Chipotle Barbeque Sauce
- Pepper Jack Cheese
- Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced
- Red Onions, balsamic grilled and diced
Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the barbeque sauce over the dough and top with pepper jack cheese, grilled chicken and onions. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with chopped cilantro and lime sour cream.
Chef Notes: Generous amounts of sauce kicks this pizza into a whole new arena.
