Goat Cheese Pizza
Crumpled Goat Cheese, Sauteed Spinach, Roma Tomatoes, Pine Nuts and Fresh Basil

- 1 ea. Dough Ball
- Garlic Virgin Oil
- Goat Cheese
- Roma Tomatoes, sliced
- Spinach, wilted
- Pine nuts, toasted
Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the garlic oil over the dough and top with tomatoes first, spinach, pine nuts, then goat cheese. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with chiffonade basil.
Chef Notes: Very thinly cut basil is key to the zingy flavor that compliments good goat cheese.
