Spicy Spanish Pizza
Pepper Jack Cheese, Chorizo, Black Olives, Grilled Onions, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Cilantro, and Lime Sour Cream

- 1 ea. Dough Ball
- Pizza Sauce
- Red Onions, balsamic grilled and diced
- Black Olives, sliced
- Chorizo, cooked and chopped
- Jalapeno, sliced
- Pepper Jack Cheese
- Roma Tomatoes, sliced
Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the pizza sauce over the dough and top with pepper jack cheese, then tomatoes, chorizo, grilled onion, black olives, and jalapeno. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with chopped cilantro and lime sour cream.
Chef Notes: Cliantro is the leafy green from the coriander plant. Coriander is the spice, where cilantro is the herb.
