Grilled Vegetable and Feta Pizza
Balsamic Grilled Eggplant, Zucchini, Peppers, Asparagus and Red Onions, with Tomatoes, Feta Cheese and Pesto

- 1 ea. Dough Ball
- Garlic Virgin Oil
- Feta Cheese
- Vegetables, balsamic grilled and diced
- Roma Tomatoes, sliced
- Pesto
Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the garlic oil over the dough and top with sliced tomatoes, then grilled vegetables and feta cheese. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with a spoon drizzled bit of pesto and chopped parsley.
Chef Notes: For best results, grill then chill and dice the vegetables before making the pizza.
