Virgin Garlic Oil, Artichokes, Spinach, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, and Feta Cheese finished with Tzatziki and Basil

- 1 ea. Dough Ball
- Garlic Virgin Oil
- Roma Tomatoes, sliced
- Artichoke
- Kalamata Olives
- Sautéed Spinach
- Feta Cheese
- Tzatziki
Open the dough by hand, cutting at least a half inch crust along the diameter of the dough ball. Spoon the garlic oil over the dough and top with tomatoes, artichoke, spinach, kalamata olives, then feta cheese. Brush the crust with garlic oil and garnish with spoon daubs of tzatziki and a sprinkle of chiffonade basil.
Chef Notes: This is a very strong flavored pizza; do not overly season with salt.
