Half a Dozen 6-9 per pound Jumbo Wings with Hot Sauce or Mild Chipotle Barbeque

  • 6 ea. Jumbo 6-9 per pound chicken wings
  • 2 oz. Hot Sauce
  • 2 oz. Chipotle BBQ Sauce
  • 3 oz. Bleu Cheese or Ranch Dressing
Deep fry the chicken wings until they begin to float to the surface of the oil. When the meat begins to pull away from the ends of the bone the skin should be nice and crispy, and the meat tender and juicy. Place the wings in a small mixing bowl and season them with freshly ground black pepper and kosher salt. Toss the wings in the guest specified choice of sauce, coating them completely. Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
