Beef and Pork Meatballs
Half a Dozen with Marinara Sauce and Parmesan Cheese
Meatballs - Brick & Fire Recipe Card #150
- 6 ea. 1 ounce Meatballs
- 4 oz. Marinara Sauce
- 1 oz. Parmesan Cheese
Cook the meatballs at 400º until they reach 150º. Place them in a small bowl and cover them with marinara sauce. Garnish with shaved parmesan cheese and a pinch of chopped parsley.
