Baby Arugula Salad
Small or Entree - Baby Arugula, Gorgonzola, Cabernet Poached Pears, Candied Pecans and Raspberry Vinaigrette

- 3 oz. Baby Arugula
- 1 oz. Raspberry Vinaigrette
- 2 oz. Cabernet Poached Pears
- 2 oz. Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1 oz. Candied Pecans
In a small chilled mixing bowl, gently toss the baby arugula with raspberry vinaigrette. Layer the arugula into a bowl and proceed to garnish the greens with pears first, then gorgonzola, then candied pecans.
