Brick & Fire Pizza and Pasta Parlor is a veteran local family owned business.

There are three locations with 2 in Orlando and 1 in Cocoa Beach. 

 Our dough is made by hand, every day using Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Live Yeast Beer from Orlando Brewing. We vastly use more expensive and premium cheeses and other ingredients than pizza chains in our dishes and you can absolutely taste the difference. Our crust is crispy on the outside, chewy and bread like. All of the pizzas are fired directly on the brick. No screens or conveyor belt ovens here! Every single dish, every single pizza we serve here at Brick & Fire is garnished with fresh herbs.
