ABOUT BRICK & FIRE

 Brick & Fire Pizza and Pasta Parlor is a veteran & local family-owned business.

 Our dough is made by hand every day using Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Live Yeast Beer. We use more expensive and premium cheeses and other ingredients than pizza chains in our dishes and you can absolutely taste the difference. Our crust is crispy on the outside, chewy and bread like inside. All of the pizzas are fired directly on the brick. No screens or conveyor belt ovens here! Every single dish, every single pizza we serve at Brick & Fire is garnished with fresh herbs.
